The board appointed building and district Dignity Act coordinators for the 2025–26 year—Krista Ringer (elementary), Megan Walls (junior-senior high), and Robert McAuliffe (district coordinator)—and confirmed lead evaluators for APPR responsibilities. The Committee on Special Education and the Committee on Preschool Special Education were appointed with Kerry Adams as chairperson for both committees.
Board members also approved a resolution concerning impartial hearings under Commissioner’s Regulation 200.5 that allows the Board President, Vice-President and/or Board Clerk to appoint an impartial hearing officer from the rotational list once an available officer is identified, in keeping with Commissioner regulations regarding timelines and selection procedures.
