Chazy board accepts April financial reports and approves budget transfers

Following acceptance of the reports, Mr. Barcomb moved and Mr. Howley seconded a separate motion to approve budget transfers; that motion also passed unanimously. The minutes record the financial items and transfers but do not list line-by-line transfer amounts in the published summary.
