La Villa ISD proclaims January 2025 as School Board Recognition Month

President David Alaniz called the La Villa ISD Board of Trustees to order at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 13 and the meeting opened with the pledge and a prayer. Superintendent Robert Muñoz read a district proclamation recognizing trustees for their service.
Mr. Muñoz "proclaimed the month of January 2025 as School board Recognition month" and thanked trustees for their leadership, commitment and sacrifice; board members were given certificates and appreciation gifts from each campus. The ceremony was followed by routine business including approval of prior minutes and consent items.
