Andrew Carter explained the property lines and nearby roads and displayed a map on his phone for the group. According to the minutes, Carter, the superintendent and board members then walked the property to observe boundaries and circulation. The minutes note there were no public comment requests for the special meeting. Hearing no objections, President Armando Velazquez adjourned the meeting at 6:08 PM; the minutes are signed by Armando Velazquez, President, and Bret Tooke, Secretary.
