Board President Felix Serna noted a quorum at 7:00 PM; trustees present were Serna, Board Secretary Gerardo Medellin and Trustee Leticia Vela. Superintendent Kristen Tinsley presented reports and the board adjourned at 7:33 P.M.
Trustee Leticia Vela moved the reimbursement motion, which Gerardo Medellin seconded; the board recorded the vote as unanimous. The meeting minutes record the same pattern of alternating movers and seconders for other items: Medellin moved and Vela seconded approval of the Oct. 30, 2024 minutes; Vela moved and Medellin seconded approval of new student transfers for 2024–2025; Medellin moved and Vela seconded acceptance of a charitable contribution from the East Foundation; and Vela moved and Medellin seconded approval of an insurance supplement for employees. Each motion "passed unanimously," per the minutes.
Superintendent Kristen Tinsley reviewed the monthly financial statement, bank reconciliation and investment report, and outlined upcoming events and training opportunities for staff and students. The minutes record that no members of the public attended for public comment. With no further business, President Serna adjourned the meeting at 7:33 P.M.
