The consent package included: approval of monthly bills; the treasurer’s report; the year‑to‑date budget report; budget transfers; the internal claims audit report; acceptance of recommendations from the Committee on Special Education and the Preschool Committee on Special Education; a Memorandum of Agreement between the CSSPA and the district on compensation when volunteering to work during relief periods; disposals/surplus property for HME, Maintenance and IT; approval of the Resolution for the RIC One Risk Operation Center; and a Memorandum of Agreement between CSTA and the district regarding health insurance enrollment for substitute teachers. Board members voted to approve the consent agenda without recorded dissent. The consent action keeps routine financial and compliance items moving forward and authorizes staff to implement the listed disposals, agreements and audit responses.
