After return to open session, Board member Sam Walker moved to adjourn; Randy Morris seconded. The minutes show that all board members present (—6 Ryan Shahan, Sam Walker, Randy Morris, Jeff Rutland, Harvey Stinnett and Mickey Edwards) voted "Yes." The meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
