Vice‑President Kevin Telchik called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m., and Superintendent David Ritchey gave the invocation. Trustees listened to the presentation but did not take formal action on salary scales during the session; the board said it will take one final look at the budget numbers and make a decision on the 2025–26 budget at its next meeting. The presentation is part of the district’s internal review of staffing and compensation ahead of that forthcoming decision.
