The Liberty Hill ISD Board on Dec. 15 approved a Civil Design Services agreement with Langan Engineering for a total of $405,500 to support expansions at Bill Burden Elementary, Santa Rita Elementary and Rancho Sienna Elementary. The contract is to be funded by the 2021 Bond program and the board authorized the superintendent or designee to negotiate final terms.
Chris Neighbors moved to approve and Jamie Etzkorn seconded; the vote was unanimous. The motion language in the minutes lists the three elementary campuses and the funding source in the motion text.
