Notably, the consent agenda included purchases exceeding $100,000: weight-room equipment for Legacy Ranch High School and band, choir and auditorium instruments and musical equipment for Legacy Ranch High School. The board also approved a partnership agreement with Austin Community College for educational partnerships and a dual-credit program effective Sept. 1, 2025, through Aug. 31, 2028.
Trustee Chris Neighbors moved to approve the consent agenda; Trustee Kristi Hargrove seconded. The minutes record the passage as 7-0. Contract details and purchase amounts for the consent items are recorded in district backup documentation according to regular district procurement practice.
