Chief Financial Officer Scott Wrehe and Director of Budget & Procurement Claudia Orta presented the board with updates on the district’s FY26 budget projection, a debt-management update for the 2025–26 fiscal year and a review of the debt-management plan for 2026–27. The minutes note agenda items including a "Resolution for the Defeasance and/or Redemption of Certain of Lewisville Independent School District’s Outstanding Unlimited Tax Bonds for the 2026-27 Fiscal Year," bond-refunding opportunities and the selection of underwriters.
