At 7:51 PM on Sept. 4 the Board voted to enter executive session to review matters leading to the employment of particular individuals, the employment history of particular individuals or corporations, and to hear a grievance. The motion to enter executive session was made by Megan Bosc and seconded by Adrienne Haig; the motion carried unanimously and the Board remained in executive session until 8:55 PM.
After reconvening the Board immediately moved to adjourn at 8:56 PM; minutes record that the motion to adjourn carried unanimously and the District Clerk, Laura Carson, signed the minutes. No substantive actions resulting from the executive session were recorded in the open minutes.
