At the start of the Nov. 4, 2025 meeting, the Planning Commission approved the minutes of its Oct. 7, 2025 meeting. Commissioner Steve Lawson moved to approve the minutes "as written," and Commissioner Dave Holt seconded; the motion carried on a unanimous voice vote recorded as "all ayes."
The action closed routine administrative business and the chairman then closed the Regular Meeting portion of the agenda and opened the public hearing for the Gapway property item. The meeting was held in the City Commission Room at City Hall and was properly advertised in advance.
