Following a closed session under Texas Government Code Section 551.074, the Llano ISD Board of Trustees returned to open session Oct. 28 and approved two employment offers recommended by the superintendent.
The minutes record that "Rob Wilson, seconded by Jeff Kuykendall, as recommended by the Superintendent and subject to assignment, made the following motions: Offer Candy Wilder a probationary contract as a Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Offer Hannah Livers a non-certified contract as an LPC/Mental Health Counselor for the 2024-2025 school year. Authorized the Board President to execute the employment contracts, subject to the employees accepting these offers." The vote on the offers was unanimous.
The minutes do not record additional employment terms or salaries; the offers were recorded as motions and the board authorized the president to execute contracts contingent on acceptance.
