The Liberty Hill Independent School District Board of Trustees convened a special meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, at the district administration building. The agenda opened the meeting to public comments and stated: "The Board welcomes the public and its comments. We ask you to refrain from comments about any District employees without proper due process. Each speaker will be allowed three (3) minutes to express his/her comments." No members of the public spoke.
After the public comment period produced no speakers, the board proceeded to a single agenda item—consideration and approval of an order canvassing the returns and declaring results of a Voter Approval Tax Ratification Election—and adjourned at 5:02 p.m. The meeting record shows four trustees present (Megan Parsons, Kristi Hargrove, Chris Neighbors and Brandon Canady) and that the canvass order was adopted by a 4-0 vote.
