County to review Open Meetings software for videotaping of board meetings

County Administrator Richard Heath told the Property & Technology Committee that staff had met with vendors offering Open Meetings software that can videotape county board meetings.
"Pytleski met with Open Meetings software representatives regarding the videotaping of county board meetings. Pytleski will update the Executive Committee on March 24, 2026, regarding the software features and projected costs," Heath said. The comment indicated staff are evaluating functionality and cost but did not include vendor names or budget figures in the March 11 minutes.
The committee received the announcement as general information; no procurement action or vote occurred at the meeting.
