Students, staff and undefeated tennis team recognized at Livingston ISD board meeting

Creekside Elementary students and staff were recognized and the Livingston High School undefeated District Champion Tennis Team was introduced; principals and coaches praised student achievement and campus engagement.
At the Oct. 20 Livingston ISD board meeting Creekside Elementary student council members led the pledges and Assistant Principal Jeff Kane recognized bus leaders Haley Salazar and Brancie Williams. Principal Deanna Willman acknowledged A‑Honor Roll students and invited those present to come forward.
LISD Athletic Director Coach Tucker Carter introduced the undefeated District Champion Tennis Team to the board. Assistant Athletic Director Heather Mosser and Coach Carter described the uplifting effect of the Kinder Lion pep rally and noted the positive impact of high school athletes visiting elementary campuses to greet students in the mornings.
