The board approved the rezone with three conditions: the rezone is limited to the stated purpose only; entrance and exit must be off the Hwy. 83 Connector (to be coordinated with GDOT); and no exterior work on equipment is permitted (all work must be done inside). Commissioner Lee Bradford moved to approve the rezone on those conditions; Commissioner Kirklyn Dixon seconded; all district commissioners voted in favor.
