The Board approved LU26-0128 and Z26-0114 to change the land-use designation from Highway Corridor to Suburban and rezone a 1.329-acre portion of parcel C0090016 from A1 to R1 to create a buildable lot at 6327 Hwy. 20. Applicant Kerry Roe spoke in favor at the public hearing; no opposition was present and Planning Commission recommended approval.
Commissioner Pete Myers moved to approve the request and Commissioner Jeremy Adams seconded; all district commissioners voted in favor. The approval permits the applicant to proceed with creating a buildable lot under R1 zoning subject to standard permitting processes.
