Applicant Kerry Roe spoke in favor at the public hearing; no opposition was present and Planning Commission recommended approval.
Commissioner Pete Myers moved to approve the request and Commissioner Jeremy Adams seconded; all district commissioners voted in favor. The approval permits the applicant to proceed with creating a buildable lot under R1 zoning subject to standard permitting processes.
