Judge Jody Henry administered the Oath of Office for two trustees and the board completed its annual reorganization at the May 20 Lindsay ISD Board of Trustees meeting.
Bridget Anderle and Jacob Fuhrmann were sworn in to new three-year terms. The board then voted on officer positions: a motion by Chris Garner, seconded by Brian Neu, appointed Bridget Anderle board president (the motion passed 5–0 with Anderle recorded as abstaining on her own election). Bridget Anderle nominated Jacob Fuhrmann for vice president with Kelly Dunn seconding; that motion passed 5–0 with Fuhrmann abstaining. Anderle nominated Chris Garner as secretary with a second from Corey Anderle; that motion passed 5–0 with Garner abstaining. The reorganization followed standard practice of members abstaining from votes in which they were the nominee.
