Clifton authorizes DANC to handle new sewer-plant cybersecurity rules at estimated $2,800/year

John Russell moved and Ray Campany seconded a motion "to authorize DANC to handle the cybersecurity requirements on behalf of the Town." The motion passed with no opposition. The board recorded no additional conditions; the item will be implemented through DANC as operator of the facility.
Board members said the measure is intended to reduce disruption from cyber incidents and to improve preparedness, detection, response and recovery for critical water and wastewater systems.
