JEFFERSON ISD board invokes budget-based exception under Senate Bill 546, recognizes students and confirms personnel actions

The board later convened an executive session (7:11–7:48 p.m.) and, on reconvening, approved personnel recommendations as presented by district staff; the personnel motion carried 6-0.
