Council approves building and fence permits for two homeowners

The City Council approved two property-related permits during its July 6 meeting. On a motion by Steve Milz, seconded by Danny Finley, the council approved a building permit for Colin Dame at 110 E. Clarmon to add onto an existing home and a fence permit for Bobbie Owens at 324 W. Davidson for a privacy fence; the minutes record that all present voted in favor and the motion carried.
