Clifton board approves window tinting, security camera work and scrap-metal dumpster

Council Member Brett Blackmer moved and Council Member Ray Campany seconded approval to purchase window tint for the front windows of the Community Center to reduce summer heat in the library and courtroom; the motion passed 5-0. The board also approved a proposal from Barkley Lock and Safe to replace the garage hard drive and install two exterior cameras at the Community Center (motion by Ray Campany, second by Brett Blackmer; carried 5-0). In addition, Kimco will provide a metal-only dumpster at the Newton Falls town garage at no charge; the board approved accepting the dumpster (motion by John Russell, second by Mary Zuhlsdorf; carried 5-0).
Minutes show unanimous votes on each action; the approval motions were recorded with aye votes of five and no recorded noes or absences for these items.
