The Safety and Security Committee representatives were identified as President Julie McLaughlin (ex officio) and Trustee Jason Jaynes. The Special Purpose Committee on Board Operating Procedures will include Julie McLaughlin (ex officio), Marvin Bobo and Aubrey Stock.
The motion to approve the list of committee and liaison assignments was moved by Trustee Jason Jaynes and seconded by Marvin Bobo; the vote passed with five affirmative votes, one absence, and one recorded abstention by Trustee Jessica Perroni.
