Following an executive session Feb. 9, 2026, the Magnolia ISD Board of Trustees voted to accept Dr. Jason Bullock's contract to serve as the district's superintendent beginning Feb. 9, 2026 and ending June 30, 2029.
The motion to approve the contract passed unanimously; the minutes record the approval as Motion No. 6181. The board recessed into executive session under Texas Government Code provisions for personnel, attorney consultation, real property and security audits and took action on the superintendent contract upon returning to open session.
