In executive session the board discussed the proposed transaction and, upon return to open session, approved the agreements by motion (moved by Kevin Naumann, seconded by Kevin Virdell). The Board also authorized the superintendent or designee to continue negotiating and to execute related documents in forms approved by legal counsel.
