Board Secretary Rene Gonzales moved the consent agenda and Board Member Lori Flores seconded; "The motion carried 5-0." The agenda also recorded gifts and solicitations: a $40 donation to Ballet Folklorico and $500 from the Judd Foundation for arts programming. The financial report was presented as part of the consent items.
