Lone Oak ISD board selects All Star Exteriors as job order contractor

Board member Lee Hogue moved "I move that we adopt and approve the resolution selecting All Star Exteriors as the job order contractor for the Lone Oak ISD New Agricultural Building & Renovations Project and delegating contracting authority to the Superintendent." The motion was seconded by Board member Jeremy McClanahan and passed on a 7'0 vote.
The board also delegated authority to the superintendent to execute the contract with All Star Exteriors under the job order contracting procurement method; the public minutes do not list contract value or start date.
