Martinsville ISD trustees approve calendar, E-Rate purchase and teacher contracts in March meeting

The minutes record: "Motion to approve. This motion, made by Juston Bass and seconded by Teresa Weaver, Passed."
After an executive session under Texas Government Code 551.074, the board returned to open session and approved teacher contracts for the 2026-2027 school year as presented in executive session; the minutes state: "Motion to approve teacher contracts for the 2026-2027 school year as presented in executive session. This motion, made by Gregory Newton and seconded by Matt Warr, Passed." The meeting adjourned at 9:28 PM.
The meeting record shows attendance and a later update at 6:59 PM adding Trustee Teresa Weaver. No public comment requests were recorded.
