Midlothian ISD recognizes grant winners, Eagle Scouts, and regional athletic and arts qualifiers

Lynn Hollett was recognized as the 2025'1026 PCAT Bus Driver of the Year. Eagle Scout honorees London and Landry Knight were acknowledged for projects with CASA of Ellis County; Landry provided comfort-and-care packages for children entering foster care and London created a Little Library. The Midlothian Education Foundation awarded more than $65,000 in Innovative Teaching grants, which teachers have used through the spring semester. The board also honored Heritage High School softball and baseball teams for advancing to regional semifinals, Betty Buckley Theatre nominations for the HHS production of The Crucible and individual nominees, and Midlothian High School choir students who qualified for UIL 5A State competition.
