He described the procurement plan—bidding materials and using internal staff to perform the installations—to avoid special assessments, and told residents that "it will be in excess of $1 Million to pave that development" if the council chooses to bond for full paving; he also said the township will perform temporary repairs and encouraged residents to report exact locations for targeted fixes.
