The McCamey ISD Board of Trustees voted at its May 13 regular meeting to approve the May 2, 2026 trustee election results and to adopt the order canvassing returns and declaring the bond election results. The board recorded votes in favor from trustees Amber Selby, Robert Silva, Sarah Acosta, Ramon Venegas and Brandon Butler; the motion carried.
Business Manager Pamela Adams administered the Oath of Office to Michael Segura after the board certified his election to the at‑large trustee seat. Following the swearing‑in, trustees elected officers for the board: Amber Selby as president, Robert Silva as vice president and Sarah Acosta as secretary.
The approvals and officer elections were recorded during the meeting called to order at 6:03 p.m. and were included in the board’s formal motions for the evening. The actions complete the district’s immediate post‑election procedures and place the newly constituted board in position to carry out regular and special duties.
