The board also approved living‑out‑of‑district waiver requests for district employees across campuses and nominated Donna Garcia to represent the district on the Ward County Appraisal District Board of Directors for the 2026–27 term. Administration noted the district is entitled to nominate two members out of the five‑member WCAD board; Nancy Upchurch currently serves on the WCAD board.
