"He highlighted the dedication of the operations department, staff, security team and stadium staff and how much he appreciated their hard work," the minutes state. Dr. Belding also noted school‑level activities such as Dieterich Middle School's "Say Hello Week" and praised staff readiness when unexpected changes occur.
