Board requests public hearing on Hudson Highlands Pure Trail FEIS

"The final generic environmental impacts statement for the Hudson Highlands Pure Trail was released yesterday," Chair (S1) said, adding that the village would ask the New York State Department of Parks to hold a public hearing and public comment session. The board authorized staff to draft a letter and a response and to work with consultants; Chair (S1) said the draft would return to the board for review before final submission.
