Mike Davidson moved that the board "adopt and approve the resolution selecting Drake General Contractors, LLC as the Vendor to complete the Bailey Demolition Infill Project." The board also voted to delegate authority to the superintendent and board president "to negotiate and approve the agreement with Drake not to exceed the price of $105,000." Russell Jackson seconded that motion; it carried 7-0.
