Separately, a fuel‑supply proposal from Dial Lubricants (Daingerfield) offered the district zero upfront cost installation of diesel and gas tanks in exchange for an exclusive fuel‑purchase agreement; the district estimated potential savings of about $587.13 per month and praised Dial's fast response time for deliveries and oil orders.
