The Pampa ISD Board of Trustees met in a special session on Dec. 3, 2024 at 7:30 a.m. at the Pampa ISD Administration Building, 1233 N. Hobart. Present were Luis Nava, Denise Intemann, Richard Qualls, Dr. Emily Arrington and Cade Taylor. David Godino and Misty Leblanc were absent.
The board unanimously approved two contract actions: (1) an AIA A133-2019/A201-2017 agreement with Page & Associates Contractors, Inc. to serve as Construction Manager at Risk for roof and HVAC repair and replacement projects (RFP No. 2024-04) related to June 2023 hail damage; and (2) a Standard Form Owner/Contractor Agreement with Hall Heating and Air LLC dba Hall's Heating & Air for a Child Nutrition Administration walk-in cooler-freezer replacement (RFP No. 2024-03). Both motions carried 5-0 and authorized the superintendent to finalize and execute the agreements.
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:40 a.m. The minutes do not record contract values, start dates, or additional public comment.
