Pampa ISD awards walk-in cooler-freezer replacement contract to Hall's Heating & Air

At its Dec. 3, 2024 special session, the Pampa ISD Board of Trustees approved a Standard Form Owner/Contractor Agreement with Hall Heating and Air LLC dba Hall's Heating & Air to perform contractor services for the Child Nutrition Administration walk-in cooler-freezer replacement (RFP No. 2024-03).
Finance Manager Angel Grant told the board that Hall's Heating & Air had been selected as the highest ranked proposer at the October procurement meeting and that the AIA agreements had been prepared and reviewed by the district attorney. Dr. Emily Arrington moved to approve the agreement; Cade Taylor seconded. The motion carried unanimously with five votes and the board authorized the superintendent to execute the agreement on the district’s behalf.
The minutes do not list contract dollar amounts or a contractor start date; the action authorizes staff to complete the contract paperwork and move toward implementation of the replacement for the district’s nutrition services.
