Pampa ISD approves Page & Associates as construction manager for roof and HVAC repairs

Denise Intemann moved to approve the agreement; Dr. Emily Arrington seconded. The motion carried unanimously with five votes in favor, and the board authorized the superintendent to finalize and execute the agreement on the district's behalf.
The board approved the use of the AIA A133-2019 form between owner and construction manager as constructor and the AIA A201-2017 general conditions, as prepared and reviewed by the district attorney.
