Board names Vibra-Whirl Sports recommended contractor for PHS track project

Cade Taylor moved that the board "adopt a Resolution, as presented, selecting Vibrawhirl, as the contractor that will provide the best value to the District for the Pampa High School Track Project, and authorizing the Superintendent to negotiate an agreement with that contractor"; Dr. Emily Arrington seconded and the motion "carried unanimously with four votes for the motion" in the minutes. The superintendent was authorized to negotiate the agreement and to take other actions needed to secure an acceptable contract for later board consideration.
