Board approves consent items, accepts financial report and schedules follow-ups

The board approved several consent items in two slates. Treasurer Jenkins presented three consent items—minutes from July 9, the June 2026 financial report and the fiscal-year commercial paper and bankers acceptances report per Ohio Revised Code—and the board approved the slate by motion and recorded roll-call.
Later Superintendent Meyer presented a superintendent consent slate covering administrative, certified and classified human-resources items, substitute and supplemental assignments, and the business/facilities items discussed earlier; trustees approved that slate as a single action. The meeting record shows motions, seconds and affirmative roll-call confirmations for each slate.
The board also moved into executive session twice under Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(1) to discuss the employment or dismissal of a public employee and returned to public session to take the superintendent action described in a separate article.
