Pilot Point ISD approves year-end budget amendments and accepts May financial reports

CFO Brittany Floyd presented year-end adjustments and financial summaries at the June 10 meeting. Trustees approved budget amendments that increased the Unrestricted Fund Balance for General Operating by $2,268,270 and for Food Service by $215,000; the amendments primarily move funds between functions to cover overages. The board also approved a Donation Summary totaling $1,089.55.
Floyd reviewed the May 2026 Financial Reports and the board voted to approve them. The Check Payment List was made available for informational review. Motions regarding the amendments, donations and financial reports passed unanimously.
