Board approves TRBC broadband resolution and employee holiday gift; consent agenda passed

At its Sept. 16 meeting, the Pewitt CISD Board of Trustees approved a TRBC resolution related to broadband network participation, and approved a resolution authorizing an employee holiday gift. The TRBC motion was made by Seth Hodges and seconded by Caleb Higgins; the employee holiday gift resolution was moved by Mark McCoy and seconded by Seth Hodges.
Earlier in the meeting the board approved its consent agenda, including board minutes and August expenditures; the minutes note there was no tax office report for September. The meeting also included a brief maintenance report by Lee Ann Corbin and informational items about LED lights for ball fields and a tennis court project that were listed for future tracking.
