The board also approved Final Change Order No. 001 for the 2022 Bond HVAC/BAS Replacements BMCS Group 2 Project in a credit amount of $194,331.17 and approved Allowance Expenditure Authorization (AEA) No. A-088 for the 2017 Bond Transportation Center Replacement Project in the credit amount of $9,717.00.
Allowance Expenditure Authorization No. 008 for the Pasadena ISD Softball Complex Project in the amount of $54,917.00 was approved on a 5–1 vote; Trustee Kenny Fernandez cast the lone no. Motions were made and seconded as recorded in the minutes; each contract approval passed or was recorded with the board's roll-call approvals. These actions advance multiple capital projects funded by prior bond authorizations and adjust project costs where credits and allowances were identified.
