The Pasadena ISD Board on May 26 approved a consent agenda that included competitive sealed bids and requests for proposals for warehouse stock, athletics and art materials, plumbing equipment and related items. The consent agenda also included contract renewals for eRate fiber service, internet port service, geotechnical and commissioning services, and concessionaire services.
The motion to approve the consent agenda was moved by Nelda Sullivan and seconded by Casey Phelan and passed unanimously, with the minutes recording: AYES: Fernandez, Phelan, Kendrick, Sullivan, Campos, Davila and Gonzalez; NOES: None. The minutes additionally list an informational summary of purchase orders over $10,000 for April 1โ30, 2026, and a library materials list in compliance with Senate Bill 13.
The minutes do not include vendor names for every line item in the public excerpt provided but do reference the procurement identification numbers (for example, ITB #26B-022LM and RFP #26R-033EZ) and several contract or CSP/RFQ numbers.
