Board adopts 2024–25 meeting calendar, moves December meeting to Dec. 27

The updated calendar was added to the agenda as Action Item B earlier in the meeting and was approved by voice vote. The minutes do not record further changes to meeting times or locations for the remainder of the 2024–25 year.
