At its June 1 meeting the Hillsdale Community Library Board voted 3-0 to approve Director Rebekah Dobski's annual evaluation and to request that the city grant the director an annual cost-of-living raise. Joshua Paladino moved to approve the evaluation and make the request to the city; Jaminda Springer seconded the motion.
The minutes record both the director's self-evaluation and the president's evaluation as the basis for the motion. The board did not record a dollar amount for the raise or a timeline for implementation in the minutes; funding or timing would be determined through the city budget process.
