She said the applicant’s total cost to date is $158,000 and that pay proofs were provided but needed to be accessed via the applicant’s Dropbox.
Matthew Slaughter, a member of the property ownership group, described post‑Hurricane Ian mitigation and tenant coordination for the historic corridor and said the panels and other weatherproofing are largely installed and approaching final inspection. “We’re trying to build a boat,” Slaughter said, describing the effort to keep older, shared‑wall buildings dry and in service.
The recording secretary read the staff recommendation to approve Bayview Court LLC for a maximum award of $100,000. The motion was made and seconded; the chair called for a voice vote and confirmed unanimous support, noting he heard an aye from Miss Smith via Zoom.
